The biggest beach festival in South Asia was over recently. This year, the beaches of Hikkaduwa came to life on the 29th, 30th and 31st of July, with a number of international artists including YVES LAROCK, (RISE UP) Edele Andaya,Ben Davitt, Daniel Suwenda, The Hikkaduwa Drummers, Naadro, Thriloka and more.
This year's festival focused on what everyone truly loves about Hikka. The freedom, the drummers, the fire dancers, the roti and so much more. Sri Lanka's first ever Roti festival also held on Saturday showcasing the famous, mouthwatering chocolate banana roti and so much more.Partied it up on friday night with some insane beats, chilled out on the beach and throw a ball around on saturday and feast on some amazing roti, recharge and RISE UP again on saturday, and wind down on Sunday with some smooth funk and all day brunch, Hikka style.
