There was no question about the talents of Rozelle Plunkett from the day she entered the glamorous fashion world. Rozelle was born on 10 April 1982 and studied at St Anthony's Convent, Colpetty. Rozelle is the first runner-up in the Miss Cover Girl 2000 beauty pageant. She also won the title of Miss Look Of the Year 2000 and Miss Personality 2000.
Former Miss Sri Lanka Rozelle Plunkett represent our country for 'Miss Asia Pacific 1999' and 'Model Of The Universe 2002'.
